Oracle Fusion Financials Expert

Our organization is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance expert to lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules in Latin America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, as well as expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials.

  • Lead and support the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax) in Latin American countries.
  • Ensure compliance with local statutory and tax regulations (e.g., e-invoicing, withholding tax, statutory reporting, etc.).
  • Work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical developers to configure localizations and validate legal reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with global teams for multi-country rollouts with a specific focus on Latin America localization challenges.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, prepare functional documents, and provide knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Expertise

The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials and a deep understanding of financial concepts, including GAAP, IFRS, and local statutory requirements.

2. Localization Expertise

Experience with localizing Oracle Fusion Financials for Latin America is essential, including knowledge of local tax laws, regulatory requirements, and cultural nuances.

3. Leadership Skills

The ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members is crucial.

4. Technical Skills

Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials configuration, customization, and integration with other systems is required.

5. Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to work with diverse groups, including business users, functional teams, and technical developers.

6. Adaptability

The ability to adapt to changing priorities, deadlines, and environments is critical in this fast-paced role.
