Investment Banking Professional for Latin America

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking professional to join our team in Brazil. As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting senior bankers in the execution of equity and debt financings, M&A, and restructuring and recapitalization transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior bankers in executing complex financial transactions
  • Perform detailed financial analyses and modeling
  • Prepare pitch books and live deal materials
  • Analyze corporate and financial information

Requirements:

  • Native Portuguese fluency
  • Familiarity with business and capital markets environment in Latin America
  • Undergraduate degree with 1+ years of investment banking experience
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-lingual projects
