Latin America Operations Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Lead to drive operational excellence across Latin America.
The ideal candidate will oversee the output of our Service & Repair Centre, ensuring quality, delivery, and cost targets are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Optimizing operational processes to achieve business objectives
- Maintaining adherence to industry standards and best practices
- Leveraging cross-functional teams to foster process improvements
- Maintaining advanced proficiency in English language (C1 level)
The successful candidate will possess a strong background in Project Management, Power Generation, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Experience working in LATAM countries is essential, as well as a keen interest in Energy, Power Generation, and Renewable Energies. We welcome applications from candidates based in various locations across Latin America, including Panamá, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and more.
