Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Communications Manager to join our Latin America team. This role offers you the chance to be at the forefront of expanding international education in the region by contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies across Latin America. 

As a Marketing Communications Manager for Latin America, your primary responsibility will be to craft and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with key audiences in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. You will work closely with global and regional teams to localize content, engage with target audiences, and create impactful marketing materials. Your efforts will play a crucial role in enhancing our reputation and expanding demand for our international educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and adapt tailored marketing strategies for Latin America in line with global standards
  • Customize campaigns to reach key audiences, crafting compelling content for schools, parents, and students, and aligning messages to local needs
  • Plan and lead online and offline events, handling everything from budget to attendee feedback to elevate our visibility and impact
  • Build and maintain media relations, draft press releases and stories, and ensure our mission is heard across the region
  • Work closely with the Latin America and Global Marketing teams to strengthen integration with CRM systems and champion marketing initiatives tailored to the region
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in marketing communications and stakeholder engagement, ideally within an international or educational context
  • Multilingual abilities – fluent in English (C1) and functional in both Spanish and Portuguese
  • Strong skills in organizing and promoting events that build connections and drive our mission
  • Ability to design impactful campaigns that resonate across diverse audiences
