We are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing global compensation frameworks and processes that align with business objectives and market conditions.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing global and regional compensation frameworks and processes.
- Partnering globally with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation structures align with business objectives and market conditions.
- Providing advice on complex compensation cases, including promotions, offers, retention packages, and equity refreshes.
- Conducting regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive compensation ranges.
- Ensuring adherence to global, regional, and local compensation laws and regulations.
- SUPPORTING audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments related to pay practices.
- Creating dashboards, reports, and insights to guide leadership decisions on pay and incentives.
You will have the opportunity to work with large datasets and use Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis. You will also be able to leverage your knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to compensation, such as percentiles and regression analysis. Additionally, you will have the ability to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical audiences and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Experience in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and incentive design.
- Confidence working with large datasets and using Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts relevant to compensation, such as percentiles and regression analysis.
- Able to communicate data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, pragmatic, and comfortable working across global teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced English communication and writing skills.
