The Total Rewards Professional plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing compensation structures and employee benefits programs across Latin America.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design, test, and deliver merit pay programs, incentive and bonus plans, reward and recognition budgets/planning, pay equity and compliance, job evaluation, surveys, market data analysis, labor forecasting/workforce planning, budgeting, project management, vendor relationships, etc.
  • Drive Changes and Implementation:
    • Drive changes and implementation of compensation programs, processes, and tools, including testing to validate applicability to local market situations and driving implementation at a local level within the context of global guidelines.
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition:
    • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to educate on the proper management of salary structures. Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations for adjustments, providing guidance for salary offers and supporting collective increases ensuring compliance with local legislation, union agreements, and other compensation regulations.
  • Administer Employee Benefits Programs:
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives according to each country.
  • Prepare Compensation and Benefits Reports:
    • Prepare compensation and benefits reports for internal stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in total rewards. Maintain HRIS and compensation/benefits modules with accurate and up-to-date information. Support audits and ensure data integrity across systems.
