Strategic Compensation Professional

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on compensation expert to lead and optimize our compensation programs. This role is critical in driving operational excellence, digital transformation, and continuous improvement across HR processes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Oversee annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and incentive plans.
  • Fleet Management:
  • Manage company vehicle policies, contracts, and operations.
  • Ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction.
  • Payroll Management:
  • Supervise outsourced payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for payroll vendor management and service level agreements.
  • People Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze workforce trends, turnover, and engagement metrics to inform strategic initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Process Improvement:
  • Lead HR operational excellence initiatives, focusing on process optimization and digitalization.
  • Identify and implement improvements in HR systems, workflows, and employee services.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
