Job Title: Senior Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards expert to lead our Brazil team in delivering strategic compensation and benefits solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Fluent Portuguese and English language skills
  • Proven experience in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits roles in Brazil
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian labor legislation and market practices
