Job Title: Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Specialist to join our HR team. This individual will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Work with the ADP system for payroll closing, data preparation, error correction, and general ledger execution;
  • Closing payrolls, managing bank file approvals for Statutory Obligations Entities (SOEs);
  • Establishing strong communications and partnerships within the LATAM region, HR team, Finance, Treasury, External Tax, Benefits, and others, as needed;
  • Resolving complex employee payroll issues and interacting with all levels of the organization, ensuring a strong focus on customer service and employee experience for the region;
  • Representing local payroll, taxes, benefits, or any related internal or external audits;
  • Helping build efficient processes and performing necessary payroll data balancing for each pay cycle.
