Position Summary
Key Position Outcomes Include:
- ** Compensation Program**
- Assist in managing all compensation programs, procedures and practices to ensure consistency with Buckman's overall objective and in compliance with professional standards, country, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
- Oversee the compensation program to ensure it is competitive and meets regulatory requirements.
- Lead the design and maintenance of total compensation plans and policies to maintain market competitiveness and alignment with business strategy, including research, consultation communications and implementation process.
- Prepares and presents sound recommendations aligned with the broader global compensation practices to senior management and HR Managers/Business Partners with respect to compensation programs, areas for improvement, and emerging trends to assist in decision-making that supports global alignment, business strategy and overall direction.

Compensation Operations**
- Manage the day to day operations of the compensation programs, job evaluations, performance appraisal, salary administration and incentive programs.
- Prepare survey submissions, analyze survey results and support HR for job profile analysis/approvals, evaluating new jobs, classifying job titles, conducting internal audits to ensure equitable pay practices, research market pricing, and ensure FLSA compliance and wage and hour regulations.
- Conduct job evaluations based upon Korn Ferry/Hay Group job evaluation guidelines.
- Conduct calculations for annual global merit increases and bonus programs and coordinate with HR Managers/Business Partners to provide guidance to managers.
- Support the annual salary planning program supporting managers through compensation inquiries and analysis of pay equality.
- Provide consulting services to HR and lines of business by researching and analyzing complex compensation issues.
- Assist with the development of compensation communication such as incentive plan documentation.
- Serve as main point of contact for questions on job evaluations, salary ranges, and merit increases.

Reporting and Analysis**
- Analyzes pay structures, conducts market-pricing & salary analysis of positions and completes proactive compensation analysis.
- Design and prepare ad hoc compensation and budget related reports for management
- Provide HR metric related reports to the business, including but not limited to termination, new hires, audit reports, KPM's, EEOC.

Training and Communication**
- Manage third party survey participation, selection and benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with company philosophy.
- Provide and deliver compensation training and education materials to HR and Managers.
- Partner effectively with others on the Total Rewards and HR teams to support workload and execution, sharing/transfer of knowledge, increase understanding of global issues and all aspects and considerations around compensation programs and practices.
- Provide input to enhance existing processes or to establish processes for new programs including documentation of compensation practices and provide training

Minimum Requirements to Apply
- 7-9 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years' experience directly supporting compensation planning and analysis.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles and concepts including market pricing and compensation plan/structure design
- Prior global compensation experience preferred
- Prior experience with Korn Ferry and Willis Towers Watson evaluation methods
- Experience with Dayfo
