Job Title: Compensation Strategist

As a seasoned professional in total rewards, you will support our business functions across LATAM. This role will partner closely with HR Business Partners, HR Operations, and members of the Global Total Rewards & Organizational Effectiveness team to drive strategic compensation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive salary benchmarking for LATAM countries to ensure competitive salary ranges.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of job leveling methodologies and provide insights for pay decisions.
  • Support the successful execution of the annual compensation planning cycle, including benefits renewals and total rewards strategy development.
  • Serve as first point of contact for total rewards queries across LATAM, providing education and guidance on compensation strategies and processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in total rewards, ideally in fast growth performance-driven cultures. Key qualifications include:
  • Strong experience in total rewards, preferably in LATAM jurisdictions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Knowledge of job leveling methodologies and compensation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks effectively.
