Compensation Expert Role
About the Job:
We seek an experienced compensation professional to join our People team in Brazil. As a key member, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing compensation programs that align with corporate objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs for Brazil;
- Monitor existing compensation practices, recommending changes that are cost-effective and consistent with compensation trends and corporate objectives;
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition team on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations;
- Oversee participation in salary surveys, monitoring data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved;
- Manage performance and salary review processes for Brazil;
- Assist Regional Team with performance cycle;
- Maintain up-to-date Job Descriptions and ranks analysis;
- Develop talent management processes for Brazil.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas;
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
- Advanced English language proficiency;
- At least 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
