The role of a Senior Compensation and Benefits Expert plays a crucial organisational part in driving business growth by channeling important resources to key functions within the company. This position is key to an organisation's success, and as the business expands, so does the need to develop and support employees effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and administer compensation programs across the organisation.
- Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation practices and recommend changes that are cost-effective and consistent with industry trends and corporate objectives.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition team on pay decisions, policy interpretations, and job evaluations.
- Oversee participation in salary surveys and monitor salary survey data to ensure organisational compensation objectives are achieved.
- Manage performance and salary review processes for the organisation.
- Assist with the performance cycle and talent management processes.
- Maintain Job Descriptions and ranks analysis up to date.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related areas.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Proficiency in Advanced English.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
