Job Title: Compensation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to assist clients in Brazil with the compensation collection process. This role requires fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and strong communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional conversations via WhatsApp.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in the compensation collection process.
  • Evaluate claims submitted by clients.
  • Prepare documents for legal proceedings.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (written and spoken).
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional conversations and calls via WhatsApp.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Responsible, structured, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and document handling abilities.
