Job Title: Global Compensation Programs Manager
Compensation Program Design and ImplementationAs a skilled Compensation Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, assessing, and implementing compensation programs worldwide. You will gather and analyze internal and external compensation data to evaluate the design and effectiveness of our programs and consult with senior business leaders to support business needs.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and maintain market competitive pay structures using internal and external data.
- Consult with senior business leaders to solve compensation challenges.
- Manage Job Offers and Competitiveness analysis for internal actions.
- Manage the annual pay review process including design tactics, budgeting, and change management of the program.
