Compensation Program Design and Implementation

As a skilled Compensation Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing, assessing, and implementing compensation programs worldwide. Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and maintain market competitive pay structures using internal and external data.
  • Consult with senior business leaders to solve compensation challenges.
  • Manage Job Offers and Competitiveness analysis for internal actions.
  • Manage the annual pay review process including design tactics, budgeting, and change management of the program.
