We are seeking a skilled compensation professional to join our team. As a key member, you will provide expert consultation to HR business partners and leaders in Latin America and Canada for all aspects of total rewards.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compensation programs meet business objectives
  • Develop and monitor local compensation strategies to maintain market-competitive benefit programs
  • Participate in surveys and analyze information from third-party providers to identify changes in the market
  • Coordinate business and corporate program approvals, including legal review and recommendations
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory actions that impact compensation plans
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and typically in-depth work experience
  • Proven experience working in a dynamic global company across various compensation programs and strategies
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Effective influencing skills working with managers and supervisors
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
