About the Role- Develop compensation frameworks and processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation structures align with business objectives.
- Advise on complex compensation cases.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
- Maintain compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
- Build and evolve global compensation strategy.
- Implement compensation frameworks and processes.
- Partner globally with stakeholders to ensure compensation alignment.
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys.
- Ensure adherence to compensation laws and regulations.
- Solid experience in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and incentive design.
- Confidence working with large datasets and using Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts relevant to compensation.
- Clear and empathetic communication skills.
- Proactive and comfortable working across global teams.
- Advanced English communication and writing skills.
- Fluency in additional European languages.
- Experience with SQL or similar tools for data extraction.
- Previous experience in compensation consulting or advisory roles.
