Compensation Specialist

Our company seeks a highly skilled compensation professional to develop and implement global compensation strategies. The ideal candidate will take ownership of building fair, scalable, and competitive practices.

About the Role
  • Develop compensation frameworks and processes.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation structures align with business objectives.
  • Advise on complex compensation cases.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Maintain compliance with compensation laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and evolve global compensation strategy.
  • Implement compensation frameworks and processes.
  • Partner globally with stakeholders to ensure compensation alignment.
  • Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys.
  • Ensure adherence to compensation laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, and incentive design.
  • Confidence working with large datasets and using Excel/Google Sheets for modeling and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts relevant to compensation.
  • Clear and empathetic communication skills.
  • Proactive and comfortable working across global teams.
  • Advanced English communication and writing skills.
Nice to Have
  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Experience with SQL or similar tools for data extraction.
  • Previous experience in compensation consulting or advisory roles.
