Commercial Planning Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Planning Strategist to drive the strategic direction and operational efficiency of our commercial teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and the global strategy department to define and execute key business objectives.
Your focus will be on analyzing market trends, setting ambitious yet achievable targets, and building strong relationships with the sales team to ensure continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities- Analyzing market trends and data to inform business decisions;
- Developing and executing strategic plans to drive commercial growth;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the sales team;
- Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or similar field;
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis and project management;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and SQL;
- Previous experience in commercial planning will be a plus.
