Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in building a new area within our customer experience unit. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales operations and commercial planning, with at least 3 years of experience in GTM or revenue management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating sales scenarios based on leads, conversion rates, and headcount. They will also guarantee the deployment of business strategy on target allocation (category mix, regions/zones) and showrun the process, align stakeholders, and communicate agreement through the system.

The role requires good communication skills and the ability to generate continuous process improvements.

The ideal candidate will be a strong believer in making informed decisions, which is why we rely on data. They will be able to analyze valuable metrics and better navigate the business landscape strategically.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial planning or related areas;
  • Good with numbers and communication;
  • Ability to generate continuous process improvements;
