Tax Planning Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Tax Planning Strategist to join our tax team and lead strategic tax planning initiatives across our operations.

This role is ideal for a dynamic tax professional with deep expertise in domestic and international tax planning, business partnering, and digital business models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Tax Planning: Design, evaluate, and implement global and local tax strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Tax Reform: Act strategically with the various business areas in the implementation of Tax Reform.
  • Cross-Border Advisory: Lead planning and structuring for intercompany transactions, intellectual property, financing arrangements, and digital services across multiple jurisdictions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also:

  • Partner with business leaders to provide tax insights and advice on key initiatives.
  • Monitor global tax developments and advise on their impact on the company.
  • Develop and maintain robust tax governance frameworks to manage tax risk.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of progressive tax experience. Professional certifications such as CPA or CA are highly desirable.
