We are seeking a seasoned tax planning expert to lead strategic initiatives and drive business growth through proactive risk management, optimization opportunities, and regulatory compliance.

About the Role

This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, evaluate, and implement global and local tax strategies that align with business objectives. They will also act strategically in implementing Tax Reform and lead planning and structuring for intercompany transactions, intellectual property, financing arrangements, and digital services across multiple jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement global and local tax strategies to support business expansion, restructuring, M&A, and new product launches.
  • Collaborate with various business areas to implement Tax Reform and ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead planning and structuring for intercompany transactions, intellectual property, financing arrangements, and digital services across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing proactive tax advice on multiple initiatives.
  • Maintain expertise on global tax developments (e.g., Tax Reform, TP, Pillar One & Two, OECD/GloBE, DSTs) and evaluate their impact on the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field (required). Master's in Taxation, JD/LLM, or equivalent (preferred).
  • CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification strongly preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including significant exposure to tax planning for complex multinational groups.
  • Strong preference for Big 4 combined with in-house experience at a TMT (preferred).
  • Expertise in tax planning, consulting/business support, transfer pricing, and corporate restructuring.
  • Deep understanding of tax challenges facing platform business models (preferred).
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects, communicate with senior executives, and influence decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
