About the Role

Are you a seasoned tax professional with expertise in domestic and international tax planning? Do you have a proven track record of leading strategic tax initiatives across complex multinational groups?

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Planning Manager to join our team and drive business growth through proactive tax risk management, optimization opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration.

This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of tax challenges facing platform businesses and a strong ability to lead cross-functional projects, communicate with senior executives, and influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, evaluate, and implement global and local tax strategies that align with business objectives
  • Act strategically with various business areas in the implementation of Tax Reform
  • Lead planning and structuring for intercompany transactions, intellectual property, financing arrangements, and digital services across multiple jurisdictions
  • Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, proactively advising on the tax implications of multiple initiatives
  • Monitor global tax developments and evaluate impact on the company; lead readiness and scenario planning
  • Develop and maintain robust tax governance frameworks; identify and manage tax risks in compliance with global tax policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or related field (required)
  • 10+ years of progressive tax experience, including significant exposure to tax planning for complex multinational groups
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English
