Global Marketing Strategist

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaign strategies based on local market insights and consumer behavior.
- Develop creative marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content, to promote products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals, including public relations, product development, and sales teams.
- Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies in real-time to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above, with preference for international marketing experience.
- More than 3 years of marketing experience, preferably with experience in global campaign operation.
- Experience in planning and operating large-scale internationalized consumer marketing activities is preferred.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and e-commerce promotional tools.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, good organization, and multi-cultural teamwork abilities.
- Data sensitivity, strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL, and the ability to find key breakthrough points from data.
- Mastery of solid user research and analysis methods, with marketing creativity and keen market insight.
