We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive HR professional to join our team as a Junior Manager. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for driving talent acquisition and learning & development strategies across the region.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Owning and managing full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing to offer) for regional teams
- Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and translate them into smart hiring strategies
- Driving employer branding and candidate experience initiatives
- Coordinating regional TA efforts aligned with our corporate talent strategy
Learning & Talent Development:
- Designing and deploying learning and development strategies across subsidiaries
- Facilitating best practice sharing in talent development
- Creating learning content and fostering a culture of continuous learning
- Supporting key talent management initiatives for the region
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and/or learning & development, ideally in multinational or regional environments from similar industries
- A hands-on and proactive mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related fields
