Human Resources Operations Specialist

This role plays a vital part in the Human Resources team. The main goal is to deliver exceptional HR-related services and provide support to employees as they interact with clients and customers.

The Human Resources Operations Specialist will be responsible for performing various HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, time-off management, sending notifications, e-Social registration, benefits enrollment, and other related tasks.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform HR operations duties, including onboarding, offboarding, time-off management
  • Send notifications and manage e-Social registration
  • Enroll employees in benefits and perform other related tasks
Requirements:
  • Generalist experience in HR Department
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • eSocial knowledge
  • Reform Trabalhista expertise
  • Experience with Success Factor system
  • Teamwork experience in BPO
  • Process improvement skills
  • Payroll project experience
