HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR operations specialist to join our team.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position that plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR operations to drive business success.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR policies and SOPs, ensuring consistent application across all business units, and regularly reviewing work with relevant departments to update policies and reflect changes in employment laws and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Policy Enablement & Governance:
    • Design, document, and continuously improve HR processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure well-integrated and operationally sound HR processes.
    • Establish clear workflows and guidelines for employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, probation, and internal mobility.
  • Quality Control & Employee Experience:
    • Ensure seamless execution of HR policies to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
    • Provide training and communication on policy updates and process changes to HR teams and managers.
    • Conduct periodic audits to verify adherence to HR policies and recommend corrective actions where needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR operations, policy development, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and tools.
