HR Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team.
This role involves partnering with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and implementing strategies to maximize the value of services across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement long-term strategies in collaboration with HR Business Partnerships.
- Manage adherence to Compliance/local regulations.
- Partner with Legal teams on local legislation updates and employee relations matters.
- Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide expert support in HR compliance and manage high-profile escalations.
- Strategically manage local vendor performance, including Service Level Agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience across all Human Resources subsystems. They should possess significant experience in Employee Relations, Benefits Management, and negotiations with local Unions. Strong knowledge of Payroll and Personnel Administration routines is also required.
