We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Human Resources Generalist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our HR operations and providing support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate HR Operations routines (vacation, admission, termination, and benefits).
- Provide guidance in HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare and submit monthly payroll.
- Lead day-to-day HR initiatives and support managers through performance management, employee development, and employee relations.
- Create and update People Operations process documentation, SOPs, help guides, and other resources.
- Manage employee database, documentation, and company policies to keep them organized and up to date.
- Champion internal communication initiatives to keep our team aligned, informed, and engaged.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Participate in process improvements within HR and cross-area processes.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Knowledge of labor laws, e-social, and labor taxes.
- Experience in HR Operations routines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) in English.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills are a plus.
