Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

  We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of processes and projects, identifying areas for improvement in procedures, processes and scope of delivery.
  • Effective communication of work requirements at each step of the process.
  • Clear and concise identification and recommendation of changes in procedures, processes and scope of delivery.
  • Analysis and implementation of SWOT issues and decision points.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years' experience in KPIs, Projects, HRIS, Payroll, and HR Ops activities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
