
HR Operations Specialist

Our client, in the iGaming industry, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join the Brazil, São Paulo team. The primary responsibility is to support the team in HR-related activities.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Support payroll activities by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules)
- Update internal databases (e.g., sick records, maternity leave)
- Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, verifications, onboarding guides)
- Revise company policies
- Liaise with external partners (e.g., insurance vendors) to ensure legal compliance
- Create reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR issues
- Process employee benefits and procedures (e.g., expense forms)
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., events, blood donation days)
- Assist in organizing and managing the onboarding process
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Administrator, Operations, Generalist, or similar role
- Experience in payroll activities
- MUST: Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
