Our client, in the iGaming industry, is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join the Brazil, São Paulo team. The primary responsibility is to support the team in HR-related activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Support payroll activities by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules)
  • Update internal databases (e.g., sick records, maternity leave)
  • Prepare HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, verifications, onboarding guides)
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners (e.g., insurance vendors) to ensure legal compliance
  • Create reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates)
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR issues
  • Process employee benefits and procedures (e.g., expense forms)
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g., events, blood donation days)
  • Assist in organizing and managing the onboarding process

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an HR Administrator, Operations, Generalist, or similar role
  • Experience in payroll activities
  • MUST: Advanced English (B2+ / C1)
