The HR Specialist will work in General HR Subsystems: Comp&Ben, Payrol, Development, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development to support the business and provide a great employee experience.

The main responsibilities are:

- Act as a Specialist in HR Operations in Brazil
- Implementation of Projects and Programs as a Generalist Specialist in: Comp&Ben, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development and Payrol
- Perfomance with gains in operational efficiency
- Investigates and resolves day-to-day employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management.
- Conducts employee training and orientation program
- Performs administrative functions of the human resources department - payroll, benefits administration, labour documents, Talent Acquisition & Development
- Do Benchmarking with the market for new solutions and services

To be successful in the position, you will need:

- Background in HR
- Capacity of influencing stakeholders
- Advanced English and Spanish is a plus
- Excel skills
- Project and Programs Implementation
- Capacity of influencing stakeholders
- Learning Agility skills
