We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic **HR Operations Specialist** to join our HR Shared Services team. **Key Responsibilities**: - Provide first contact information on HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Assist employees with HR-related issues, including benefits, payroll, and leave of absence. - Document and track inquiries and resolutions in the HR system. - Escalate complex issues to other departments as needed. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. - Participate in training sessions to stay updated on HR policies and systems. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and services. **Qualifications**: - Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and helpful demeanor. - Ability to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. - Basic understanding of HR principles and practices. - Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office and HRIS. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. **Fortive Corporation Overview** We are a global industrial technology innovator with a startup spirit.
