Senior Human Resources Professional

We are partnering with a leading gaming company to recruit an experienced Senior Human Resources Professional for their growing studios in Brazil. This is a pivotal opportunity for a senior HR expert ready to take ownership and help scale a new regional team.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the main HR contact in Brazil and build the local HR function.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, evaluations, promotions & exits.
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Oversee internal policies, payroll setup, HRIS systems, and employee records.
  • Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations and internal investigations.
  • Track HR metrics, analyze data, and recommend process improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluent Portuguese and English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
  • 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 in leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in HR strategy, compliance, and Brazilian labor law.
  • Proven success managing high-growth HR operations.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • HR certifications (SHRM-SCP or SPHR) are an advantage.
