Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves analyzing HR data to identify trends and patterns, developing insightful dashboards, and collaborating with the finance team to align budget setup and control measures.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze HR data to inform staffing and budget decisions.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure data solutions meet organizational needs.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Assist in the analysis and management of payroll and compensation costs.
  • Support the development and implementation of compensation strategies based on data analysis.
  • Help in the setup and monitoring of the HR budget.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboards creation.
  • Strong proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and HR information systems.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to organizational changes.
  • Understanding and knowledge of employment legislation, HR trends, issues, and best practices.
