The primary role of a Data Insights Specialist is to support the day-to-day operations of our Product team. This involves contributing to the development of features, improvement of processes, and delivery of valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
You will work closely with our Product Specialists, Associate Product Managers, and other team members across Product and Operations, ensuring quality, organization, and fluidity of data flows and team outputs.
Support product delivery by executing tasks related to the development and maintenance of NPS Prism instruments, such as monitoring surveys, checking data flows, performing initial ad-hoc analysis, reviewing dashboards and analytical models.
Prepare and validate data by supporting the collection, organization, quality control, and integration of data from vendors and other external sources.
Generate analyses and insights by performing basic descriptive analyses and assisting in producing client-facing dashboards and visualizations.
Execute operational processes by helping organize and perform recurring tasks, such as data updates, quality checks, calculation audits, to ensure efficiency and zero-defect outputs.
Maintain documentation and version control by contributing to the recording of processes, workflows, and final outputs, ensuring traceability and consistency.
Cross-functional collaboration by engaging with adjacent teams such as Operations and Commercial to understand needs, clarify data issues, and support initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement by supporting the identification of opportunities for process automation, quality enhancements, and efficiency gains.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Social sciences or related fields.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience with customer insights, primary market research, and/or data visualization and data analytics.
- Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Fluency in English.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Previous work experience (internship, trainee, or full-time) in product, analytics, BI, or market research roles.
- Ability to work with large datasets.
- Familiarity with data preparation, analysis, and processing tools such as Alteryx, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with survey design, programming, and fielding processes.
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
