Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

At our company, we are seeking a talented Quality Assurance professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our services.

**Job Description:**
As a Quality Assurance professional, your primary responsibility will be to manage the quality management function, implementing Six Sigma initiatives and developing quality assurance policies and procedures. You will work closely with our Operations, Training, and WFM teams to improve processes and analyze quality performance data and reports for senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing testing tools, measurement systems, and techniques to maintain quality standards and analyzing customer satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with internal organizational policies is also a crucial aspect of this role.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree and fluent English (C1 level). Experience in quality assurance is a plus, as well as intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Preferred certifications in Total Quality Management, ITIL, Six Sigma, or related fields are also desirable. Strong skills in project management, data analysis, and communication are essential for this position. Knowledge of continuous improvement practices is also required.
