Strategic Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Project Leader to join our management team and lead projects comprised of multicultural teams distributed worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct project management practices using agile methodologies and ensure consistent implementation across teams.
  • Collaborate with the PMO to execute processes and strategies for your team of Project Managers.
  • Ensure effective communication between Project Managers and stakeholders.
  • Work with Account VPs to manage complex problems with clients when needed.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in project management of software outsourcing (experience in Personnel, Time and Materials).
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Advanced English level.
