Overview

Tribal Credit is a fintech company that provides modern payment methods and a spend management platform to startups and SMEs in emerging markets. Our mission is to power SME and startup growth in emerging markets to bridge the business financial inclusion gap.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional who will develop strategic relationships with target customers and close deals to drive revenue growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales cycle for assigned accounts, including prospecting, outreach and relationship management, negotiation and closing of new business.

You will work closely with our Business Development team to generate leads and identify new opportunities. You will also collaborate with your team to share industry news, sales best practices and other experiences to help the team learn, innovate and grow together.

This is a 100% remote position based in Brazil and will report to the Sales Manager. You will have access to top-notch project management, productivity, and team engagement tools, as well as unlimited learning resources and a highly supportive team culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic relationships with C-Level and VP-Level Executives
  • Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts
  • Work strategically with management to identify challenges and provide recommended solutions
  • Identify current and future partnership opportunities

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or other sales role
  • Proven track record of driving and closing deals
  • Successfully sold into mid-market commercial accounts
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
