Oil & Gas Training Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operations training requirements, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering training programs to our staff, with a focus on Oil & Gas assets. This will include:
- Developing training materials and managing presentation equipment.
- Performing gap analysis on the competency level of our workforce and developing training programs to address any gaps.
- Delivering training efficiently and effectively, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas assets.
The candidate will also be responsible for assessing students' capabilities and modifying program material/presentation as needed to maximize their learning.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in a similar role, with 5 years' experience in OJT/Classroom Training.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Upstream and Downstream businesses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to work in multi-cultural and multi-company environments.
- Bi-Lingual (English/Arabic) ability preferred.
