Training Specialist for Instrumentation and Controls

We are seeking a skilled Instructor to develop and deliver high-quality training programs in Instrumentation and Controls.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement training curricula that cater to the company's operational needs.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify competency gaps within the workforce and develop targeted training plans.
- Deliver engaging training sessions with a strong focus on Oil and Gas assets, ensuring maximum learning retention.
- Present training materials in a professional and stimulating manner, incorporating real-world examples and case studies.
- Evaluate student capabilities and adjust program materials as needed to maximize their learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of program performance, completion, attendance, and evaluation, including inputting data into the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and drive business results.
- Work closely with Training Supervisors and Discipline Superintendents to establish and review assessment criteria.
- Conduct assessments to identify gaps in craft competencies, ensuring they are conducted professionally and stimulate positive engagement from students.
- Assist students in providing evidence of prior formal training and previous work experience, and maintain up-to-date records of all assessments planned and completed.
