Job Overview:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Store Manager who understands business needs and has a passion for health and wellness. You will find great excitement in offering tailored and innovative solutions to each customer.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure products are merchandised according to our standards but keep an eye towards ensuring that products are easy to see and buy.
  • Support the total shopping experience, including visual and operational elements, current sales initiatives, and the customer relationship that leads to sales and repeat business.
  • Achieve and exceed personal sales and productivity goals, while helping sales associates to realize their sales potential.
  • Build strong teams, demonstrate leadership, and managerial skills, such as giving feedback to store associates regarding work performance on an on-going basis, recruiting, hiring, and performance management.
  • Open, close, and operate the retail facility. This includes cash handling, inventory count, and deposits according to our procedures.
Environmental Factors & Working Schedule:
  • Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.
  • Frequent reaching and bending and twisting - below waist and above shoulders.
  • Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.
  • Frequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds. Push/pull up to 20 lbs.
  • Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.
  • Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees - especially in our stock room areas.
  • Use of a computer up to 60 % of the time throughout the day.
Requirements:
  • Store Managers Are Expected To Work Five (5) Days / Forty (40) Hours a Week And Adhere To The Guidelines Below.
