We are seeking an exceptional Healthcare Operations Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality care and services in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

The Nursing Department Supervisor will play a critical role in facilitating the implementation of effective nursing care models and processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating communication with other departments. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and guiding clinical operations on assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and effective patient care.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff members to develop their skills and competencies.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate staffing levels and optimize resource utilization.

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications for this position include:

  • A graduate degree in nursing or a related field is preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
