Job Title: Weekend Nursing Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

Position Overview

The RN will oversee daily nursing operations, manage staff, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise nursing staff and coordinate nursing care to meet the needs of residents.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular assessments of resident care and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
  • Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
  • Train and orient new staff members on best practices and safety standards.
  • Manage staffing issues and oversee daily operations of the nursing unit.
  • Current RN licensure required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; equivalent experience considered.
  • Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective leadership and communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
