Regional Finance Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Regional Finance Manager to oversee and support financial operations across our studios in Brazil and Mexico.

  • The successful candidate will collaborate with studio leadership and project managers to monitor project financial performance, including work plans, budgets, and staffing alignment.
  • They will provide financial guidance and training to project teams as needed.
  • Participation in monthly financial analytics reviews with the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer is also required.
  • The Regional Finance Manager will oversee all regional accounting functions, including time and expense reporting, invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and journal entries.
  • They will coordinate the preparation and filing of statutory reports and tax documents.
  • Review and advise on financial terms in client contracts is a key responsibility.
  • Providing financial and operational reports, budget variance analysis, and ad-hoc data to support executive decision-making is essential.
  • The Regional Finance Manager will assist in the development of the annual operations plan.
  • Maintaining clear communication with corporate accounting and other regional studios on joint projects is crucial.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field; Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Professional Coder (CPC), or Master of Business Administration (MBA) is required.
  • At least 10 years of accounting experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Proficient in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, preferably Deltek Vantagepoint.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills are necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities are required.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
