About the Role

">

As a Lead Financial Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger. You will also ensure that all month-end close processes are followed and completed on time and accurately according to our closing calendar.

You will review month end results, understand variances to plan and summarize results for our senior leadership team. Additionally, you will lead the preparation of annual Budget and provide financial expertise to analyze and interpret information that tracks Budget and implement programs to control and reduce costs.

You will create business cases to optimize the financial performance of our organization and review and approve capital requests, invoices, purchase orders, and inter-company charges. You will also develop, implement and update procedures for cost allocations between different internal divisions and departments.

You will coordinate with external auditors as required and provide expertise in accounting principles. You will handle special projects as needed and perform other duties as may be assigned by our General Manager and Group Finance Director.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting">
  • C.P.A.">
  • Ten (10) years of finance/accounting experience as a Leader in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of GAAP and International Accounting Standards">
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills">
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP experience preferred">
  • Knowledge of customers' trends, perceptions, needs and expectations">
  • Assign the highest priority to customer satisfaction while meeting commitments to achieve business objectives">
