Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing financial operations by monitoring and approving financial processing, reporting; ensuring that accounting records and documentation comply with the requirements of our finance manual.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet accounting financial standards by monitoring expenditures; identifying variances; implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain financial security by adhering to internal controls.
  • Verify accuracy of data and data processing of accounting related information.
  • Prepare monthly intercompany reconciliation.
  • Support accounting procedures; ensure month and year-end balance correctly reflect the economic-financial reality of the company.
  • Assist internal and external auditors.
  • Maintain the ERP system and its interfaces with other applications.
  • Support the creation of financial reports according to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) and local GAAP.
  • Provide training to workers in both oral and written form on accounting systems, principles, and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced or fluent English language skills for regional and global communication.
  • Experience with external auditing.
  • Experience in inventory reporting (products or retail).
  • SAP and Excel skills.
  • Solid knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles.
