Role Overview

As a strategic marketing leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of marketing strategies across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed brands into relevant industries through organic associations and partnerships to drive insightful ideas.
  • Identify key performance indicators for strategic pillars, ensuring quarterly execution and tracking/reporting performance with suggested adjustments.
  • Plan and guide execution models for strategic pillars, overseeing activation as per plan and ensuring standards of activation and engagement are met.
  • Manage marketing contracts, support revisions, coordinate with global counterparts, and clarify nuances for seamless approval.
  • Build relationships with national athletes, ambassadors, and influencers to promote brand awareness and engagement through earned media.
  • Develop digital activities, promotions, and content videos.
  • Present and align quarterly national plans, incorporate feedback, and guide regional teams to meet global standards.
  • Negotiate exclusivity and deliverables with agencies and strategic partners to leverage sampling and sales opportunities.
  • Ensure branding and logo use are appropriate and approved at all events and activations.
  • Complete handovers with execution plans, toolkits, and clear deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Preferably an MBA.
  • Over 10 years of experience in marketing and project management.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Fluent English language skills preferred.
