The patient-centered approach at IQVIA generates data to ensure that the patient voice is incorporated into the development and commercialization of medication and other drug/non-drug interventions.
We focus on understanding and meeting the needs of our clients through the application of broad consulting expertise and technical scientific knowledge to design scientifically rigorous research.
Key Responsibilities:- Review assessments conducted in a clinical trial to ensure they are being carried out in a standardized manner.
- Evaluate the quality of assessments, conducting live interactions with assessors to discuss assessment methodology and provide guidance.
- Prepare for discussions with assessors, evaluate case data, and complete assigned tasks as scheduled.
- Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities, and functional assessments of assessor performance.
As an Assessment Consultant within the team at IQVIA, you will administer assessments to participants in a clinical trial or evaluate the quality of assessments performed by others.
Requirements:- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience working with central nervous system trials preferred.
- Advanced level of English.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
