Clinical Manager

The Clinical Manager plays a pivotal role in clinical trials, overseeing the administration of assessments to participants, evaluating quality, and providing feedback on interview technique and scoring.

The team leads the industry in generating data to ensure that the patient voice is incorporated into the development and commercialization of medications and other drug/non-drug interventions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluating scales administered by raters to ensure standardized assessments.
  • Assessing assessment quality, conducting live interactions with raters to discuss methodology and scoring technique.
  • Evaluating case data and preparing for discussions with raters.
  • Timely submission of documentation associated with assigned tasks.
  • Participation in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
  • Functional assessments of rater performance and assistance in preparing communications.
  • Contacting clinical trial participants remotely to administer assessments.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, or Social Work, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience, preferably with CNS trials, psychiatric populations, and administration of psychiatric assessments.
  • Advanced level of English and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
