We are seeking a results-driven Professional to join our team as a Commercial Real Estate Outreach Specialist.
About the Role:- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to develop and execute strategic outreach plans to identify potential capital providers for commercial real estate transactions.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research, business development, and sales support, with experience working in the U.S. commercial real estate market.
- Key Responsibilities include developing and executing outreach strategies, conducting introductory calls with lenders and investors, reviewing lender websites and databases, and providing valuable insights to the team.
- 2+ years of experience in a related role.
- Preferred: Experience in real estate, finance, or capital brokerage, particularly within the U.S. commercial real estate market.
- Fluent in English (C1 or higher), with strong verbal communication skills and confidence in making professional outreach calls.
- Ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously and work effectively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
